“I had Love For Her Music” – Mr Abugah Reveals At Diana Hopeson’s Biography Launch.

On Sunday 25th October 2020 legendary gospel minstrel, former president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (Musiga) and the 2nd Vice Chairwoman of Ghamro Diana Hopeson launched her much-anticipated biography written by Daniel Abugah.
The semi-virtual experience which was captained by Daniel Dadson a renowned broadcaster based in the United Kingdom welcomed both seated guests at Meaglant Hotel, Accra and the rest of the world pipping through the digital eyes of social media.
The biography, narrating the life and the musical journey of the “O Holy Night” crooner Diana Hopeson, lasted for a period of 2hours 30minutes, with a line up comprising of guests introduction, musical breaks, biography reading and interview sessions.
The beautiful event which also forms part of the minstrel’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations had the Captain of the event Daniel Dadson interviewing the author of “The Biography” Mr Daniel Abugah. And such the great author and great journalist recounted his admiration for Mrs Hopeson’s personality and approach to work.
“I had a love for her music, listening to her songs on the radio and watching her on television” started it all, Mr Abugah disclosed.
Gracing the exciting, informative and a life-sharing book, coupled with testimonies were Dr Emmanuel Hopeson, Mr Henry Abbiw, Ms Florence Williams, Mrs Sika Coleman, Mr Maxwell Dziku a Former Keyboardist for Diana and Angela Kumiwaa.
